When an Ocicat have had food, love and being played with then it is happy. Now Ocicats are very very curious and love to examine and investigate thing. New things or things that are changed will immediately be examined thoroughly. Who knows what new and unused possibilities they may offer ?

This is why we did decide not to put up shelves or the like. Read the article: Our new Cat Run.

There are no translations available.

We had planned to visit two shows in the weekend, 14-15 August, but due to time restrictions and horrendous train ticket prices we had to be content with the TICA show in Swanley (Kent), which was arranged by TickedTICA.

This was naturally very exiting and a new way for us to spend our vacation. As we were a small party it all had to be planned well in advance and indeed before we moved to London. So one of the challenges of moving to London was to find a solution to what we should do with our cats while on vacation. We did seriously consider not leaving Denmark before the cruise as we were certain that we had a number of qualified and dedicated cat lovers that could take care of our three ocicats.

We were recommended to use Pam Wallis of Your Happy Cats who among others is a professional cat sitter.

After some sorting of the different modules and studying the instructions (one A4 sheet) we set out to assemble the cat run. Everything needed was there except for the drill and drilling machine. A drill was acquired and the first part of the cat run was assembled. It only took 2 hours.
